STRIPTU TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Striptu service, available at https://striptu.com, provided by FREELANCE Kamil Jabłoński, with its registered office at ul. Marysińska 88/38, 91-850 Łódź, NIP: 7262639899, REGON: 367010238.
  • By using the Striptu service, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with them.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Service Provider – FREELANCE Kamil Jabłoński, conducting business under the name FREELANCE Kamil Jabłoński.
  • User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Striptu service.
  • Striptu Service – a SaaS application that enables the integration of a Stripe account with a Fakturownia.pl account for the purpose of automatically generating invoices based on Stripe transactions.
  • Stripe – an external payment services provider.
  • Fakturownia.pl – an external online invoicing services provider.

§ 3. Scope and Conditions of Services

  • The Service Provider offers the Striptu service, which consists of automatically generating invoices in Fakturownia.pl based on transactions made through Stripe.
  • Using the Striptu service requires having active accounts in both Stripe and Fakturownia.pl, as well as providing the appropriate API keys to enable integration.
  • The User is obliged to ensure that the provided API keys are current and correct.
  • The Striptu service is available to all users, both individuals and businesses.

§ 4. Registration and User Account

  • Using the Striptu service requires registration and creating a user account.
  • The User is obliged to provide truthful and current information during registration.
  • The User is responsible for the security of their account, including maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

§ 5. Payments

  • The Striptu service is available on a subscription basis. Details regarding fees and subscription plans are available at https://striptu.com.
  • The User may cancel their subscription at any time, which will result in the termination of the service at the end of the current billing period.

§ 6. Liability

  • The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Striptu service operates correctly and without interruptions.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for errors resulting from the improper functioning of the external services Stripe and Fakturownia.pl, including incorrect invoice generation resulting from inaccurate data provided by these services.
  • The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into Stripe and Fakturownia.pl, as well as for the compliance of issued invoices with applicable legal regulations.

§ 7. Personal Data

  • The controller of Users' personal data is the Service Provider.
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the Privacy Policy available at https://striptu.com/polityka-prywatnosci.

§ 8. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of any changes with appropriate advance notice.
  • For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
